Appearance: Sinoba has long silverish/white hair that goes down to his shoulder blades. He has white, pale skin and and cold blue eyes, that whenever he looks at you, its as if he's looking into your soul. He has black markings on his cheeks, almost like triangular stripes, there is one on each cheek and on the back of his neck, under his hair is a black crescent moon.
He stands at 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 159 pounds (don't blame me if the weight doesn't make sense, I went to a weight generator thingy and it said that is one of the appropriate weights for a 5'10 male)
He wears a black kimono with a white spider-web like pattern by his shoulders, he does not wear any armor and he is always carrying a sword with him.

Personality: He is cold and cruel to strangers and humans, but he is kind to his friends and usually allies. He appears to be calm, collected and aloof, but on the inside he's really reacting to the situation, such as panic, anger happiness, sadness.
He is surprisingly curious, and likes to check things out. He isn't childish and doesn't like it when people act childish, he is not the type of person to get upset easily, but he is easily annoyed and easily bored so he wanders a lot for something to do.
Background: Sinoba was born in Dragon's cove, he was a perfectly healthy child and his parents were really happy. When Sinoba was the age of 6, his father was killed. His father was one of the great dragon demons of the cove but after he died Sinoba and his mother moved into an ordinary demon village not too far away. At first, in the demons village, they feared him and his mother, even though he was a child and she didn't mean any harm. After sometime Sinoba made a bunch of new friends and so did his mother, they fit into the village almost perfectly.
When Sinoba was 17 he decided to move out of his mother's house and out of the village, sure he was leaving a lot of people behind but he knew it was time for him to move on and find his own life. After a couple years of wandering and sleeping under the stars. (which, he actually doesn't mind)He found a village, it was a demon village, it seemed to be friendly and it was. After sometime he got a job there, as an assassin. For him, it was an easy job but the worst part, was that many others tried to assassinate him. That was not his only job though, as an assassin he also had to go on escort missions to escort someone from one place to another, safely.
After sometime he quit being an assassin and took his father's place, as one of the great dragon demons of Dragon's Cove. There, he was welcomed by everyone, even people that knew him from when he was born until he was 6 years old.
Abilities: Because he is an ex assassin he is good at hiding in the shadows and tracking people down. He is very quick and has the ability to bend water. (sort of like Katara from 'Avatar the last Airbender') He can also freeze things, but the ice eventually melts. Normally he uses his ability to bend water as a whip that he can use to slash enemies at his will
Weapons: He has a sword, it's very sharp, but he has yet to discover its abilities.
Role Play Sample: One day Sinoba was wandering through the forest, the wind was blowing the way he was facing, so some of his long silvery, white hair went onto his face. He looked at it annoyed and removed it from his face. He looked up at the sky, it was blue, with only a cloud or two. He continued to wander for sometime until he heard someone, or perhaps something. He looked in the direction in which the sound coming from, but didn't see anything, so he just ignored it and continued to wander. After sometime he heard a scream, as if someone was in trouble. Sinoba's curiosity got the better of him and he decided to go check it out.
